14-Day Return Window

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us at returns@premiumoudh.com within 14 days with your order number and reason for return.

Eligibility

• Items must be in original condition — sealed, with less than 10% used
• Items must be in original packaging
• Gift cards, digital products, and sample sets are non-returnable

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

Authenticity Disputes

We stand fully behind our products. If you believe an oil is not what it claims to be, contact us immediately. We will arrange independent lab testing at our cost. If the dispute is valid, you receive a full refund.
