Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking when your order dispatches.

Domestic (US) Shipping

• Standard (5–8 business days) — Free on orders $150+, otherwise $8.95
• Express (2–3 business days) — $18.00

International Shipping

We ship to 20+ countries including Canada, UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar. International shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your destination.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Packaging

All oils ship in premium insulated packaging designed to protect against temperature extremes. Each bottle is individually cushioned and sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us at orders@premiumoudh.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will replace or refund affected items promptly.
